Express Scripts' corporate headquarters near the University of Missouri - St. Louis is up for sale.
An asking price for the 316,541-square-foot building was not disclosed. The building is on land owned by UMSL, which has leased it to the current building owner over a 99-year term. The building owner leases it to Express Scripts.
Express Scripts officials said the headquarters sale is unrelated to its pending $52 billion deal to be purchased by Cigna.
