Express Scripts CFO leaving the company

Cathy Smith, Express Scripts' CFO since February, is leaving the company.

James Havel was hired executive vice president and interim CFO, effective Jan. 2, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.

Harvel is leaving the St. Louis-based pharmacy benefits manager to pursue other interests, but is staying on through the first quarter to smooth the transition.
