Executive Data Control acquires Embroidery House

Springfield-based print supply chain management company Executive Data Control has acquired the assets of Nixa-based Marketing Partners Inc., which does business as Embroidery House.

Financial terms were undisclosed.

“Embroidery House’s expertise in corporate apparel and promotional products fits really well with Executive Data Control’s focus on supply chain management," Executive Data Control President Steve Visio said in a Sept. 19 news release. "By combining our technology and reporting systems with their knowledge, talent and equipment, we can offer better control, cost reductions and efficiency while maintaining our high quality standards."

Embroidery House employees, including owner Nick Burlison, have joined the ranks of Executive Data Control.

Executive Data Control - which has had clients such as Bass Pro Shops, O'Reilly Automotive Inc., Oxford HealthCare and Ferrell-Duncan Clinic - provides reward programs, business cards, inventory and other printing services. With the addition of Embroidery House, the company also will be be able to brand apparel and offer embroidery and promotional items, according to the release.[[In-content Ad]]
