Ex-Sprint CFO gets 9-20 years in fatal crash

A former Fortune 500 executive from New Hampshire was sentenced Thursday to between nine and 20 years in prison for causing a highway crash in 2013 that killed a Vermont couple and their unborn fetus, according to The Associated Press.

Robert Dellinger, 54, former chief financial officer of Sprint Corp., pleaded guity in February to negligent homicide and assault.

Prosecutors had been seeking a tougher sentence for the former executive of Delphi Corp. and General Electric Co.
