Three former SolarCity Corp. employees filed suit against the firm and parent company Tesla after they lost their jobs in a round of layoffs last year.
The employees who worked as energy consultants in San Diego allegedly witnessed the practice of creating fake sales accounts to inflate the books.
Further, the suit alleges discrimination based on sexual orientation and age, as well as failure to pay overtime and provide work breaks.
