Ex-Microsoft CEO takes 4% stake in Twitter

Los Angeles Clippers owner and former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer says he bought a 4 percent stake in Twitter.

That makes Ballmer one of Twitter's largest shareholders.

A Twitter account identified as Ballmer said Friday he bought the stock during the last four months.
