Ex-employee accuses Snapchat of misleading investors in lawsuit

Ex-Snapchat employee Anthony Pompliano alleges in a lawsuit the company misled investors to drive up the price of its initial public offering.

In the suit filed Wednesday, Pompliano claims Snapchat fired him for being a whistleblower.

The Hollywood Reporter cited a heavily redacted complaint it was able to gain access to. Due to the redactions, it's unclear what Pompliano's accusations are regarding his claims of Snapchat misleading investors.
