A former Amazon financial analyst pleaded guilty yesterday to insider trading.
Brett Kennedy, 26, admitted he gave secret financial information about the company to his University of Washington fraternity brother, Maziar Rezakhani.
Rezakhani, 28, used the information to net $116,000 in illegal profits, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Kennedy is said to have received $10,000 for the information.
