Evangel University will host a dinner event Feb. 8 for adults interested in furthering their eduation while balancing their career and family lives.
The event, Dinner and Degrees, will focus on educating prospective adults on the bachelor and graduate degrees that can be completed at Evangel while still holding a job and maintaining a family life, according to a news release.
“For busy Christian adults weighing their educational options, Dinner and Degrees will be an enjoyable way to learn if Evangel is right for them,” Jeff Burnett, admissions director said in the release. “I believe this experience will get many excited about finishing their bachelor’s or master’s degree.”
Evangel offers adult accelerated degree completion programs:
- Bachelor of Science in management
- Bachelor of Science in professional communication
- Bachelor of Science in human services
- Pre-professional studies (general education)
Its graduates programs are:
- Master of Arts in teaching
- Master of Education in educational leadership
- Master of Education in reading
- Master of Education in secondary teaching
- Master of Organizational leadership
- Master of Science in clinical psychology
- Master of Science in counseling psychology
- Master of Science in cchool counseling
The application fee for the event, which must be reserved
online by Feb. 4, is $25.
Missouri State University,
Drury University and
Ozarks Technical Community College also offer continuing education programs for adults.
