Teams of five elementary students, each led by a SIFE student, studied how to identify ways revenue is generated and searched for examples of company expenses. Incredible Pizza staff explained the importance of providing a quality experience in maintaining a good business.
This is the second phase of Evangel SIFE’s BizKids program.
Earlier this year, SIFE students traveled to Truman and Weller classrooms and used interactive exercises and skits to teach the principles of revenue and expenses.
The SIFE team will conduct a similar program in the spring and plans to offer the program to additional elementary schools.
Corporate sponsors are being sought to help the SIFE team cover the costs of transportation and supplies for BizKids programs. Call (417) 865-2815 for sponsorship information.
