The two institutions signed an articulation agreement that allows OTC’s nontraditional students with associate’s degrees of arts or of applied science to transfer to Evangel as juniors. Students can then take degree completion classes once a week for about 18 months and graduate with bachelor’s degrees in business administration, communication or human services.
Transfer students must meet all of Evangel’s nontraditional student admission standards, which include five years of significant work experience.
“The partnership enables adult students to clearly understand degree and course requirements … to efficiently schedule classes and prepare personal, professional and financial plans,” said Evangel Degree Completion Program Director Linda Wellborn in a news release.
