European Central Bank has a new president

Christine Lagarde today takes over as president of the European Central Bank.

She succeeds Mario Draghi, who is terming out.

Lagarde faces an ECB with top officials at odds over policy, as well as a European economy that's losing steam, according to The Associated Press.
