Etsy is seeking to avert a strike by sellers on the platform.
Sellers in the United Kingdom have initiated a boycott over Etsy's payment system that can freeze up to 75% of earnings in reserve for as long as 45 to 90 days.
Etsy in a blog post promised to “substantially” decrease the amount of funds held in reserve.
