Project description: Nationwide freight carrier Estes Express Lines is expanding and updating its existing load transfer and office facility. The project includes the addition of 20 loading bays, plus improvements to its current bays and an enlarged and renovated office area. The 11-acre site is also being upgraded with new paving, a reconfigured employee parking lot, additional trailer parking, new entrance and exit control, along with a new secure perimeter and site lighting, project officials say.
