Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. names three partners

Springfield architecture firm Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. named three partners this month, alongside a handful of new hires.

Melissa Higbie, Thomas Lundberg and Timothy Guillot were selected as the newest partners, effective Jan. 1, said Katie McCroskey, who was hired as the firm's marketing director in November. Architects Higbie and Lundberg each have more than 20 years with the firm, while Guillot has been with the company nearly a dozen years. They join partners Craig Schneider and Mary Arnold, according to Esterly Schneider & Associates' website.

Also this month, Christy Sade was hired as business manager, responsible for handling administration work such as contracts and invoicing. She most recently worked at Commerce Bank, the release said.

Joining the firm as a computer-aided drafting and design technician was Billie Weidmann, who graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an associate degree in 2011 and a bachelor's degree in 2013 in construction project management.
