ESPN, Fox and Warner Bros. Discovery have ditched plans for a sports streaming service.
Venu Sports, announced nearly a year ago, is shutting down before a public debut.
The Venu plans had faced a lawsuit from streaming service Fubo. ESPN parent company Disney recently settled the lawsuit by buying a majority stake in Fubo and creating a joint venture with the company.
