ESC Engineers & Architects is the engineer for Meadowridge subdivision in Rogersville for M & H Investments of Missouri. Darrell Mrotek Construction Inc. is the general contractor. Meadowridge is a 38-lot duplex subdivision adjacent to the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad on the north and Business Highway 60 on the south. Design elements include streets, storm sewer, stormwater detention, sanitary sewer, waterline, site grading and a duplex lift station. Completion of the project, which has an estimated cost of $500,000 is set for this fall.
