ERA Rutherford Realtors buys Rand Holland

Jerry Rutherford, owner/broker of ERA Rutherford Realtors, has acquired Rand Holland Inc. Realtors. "This is just the expansion opportunity we've been looking for," Rutherford said in a press release. "Rand Holland Realty has a very knowledgeable and well respected staff, and we look forward to making the transition into ERA Rutherford Realtors as smooth as possible."

The Rand Holland office, located at 1927 S. Glenstone Ave., will be utilized by ERA Rutherford Realtors as the primary location for ERA Rutherford Real-tors Commercial Real Estate and Prop-erty Management division. ERA's primary residential division is located at 3322 S. Campbell Ave. Rand Holland Realtors will still conduct residential business from the Glenstone location.

Rutherford said the acquisition is only the first phase of growth for the company, and initiatives are underway to locate existing and new talent in real estate. "We believe that the training available through ERA Franchise Systems Inc., along with the benefits and tools that are exclusive to ERA, will attract additional talent in the area," he said.
