Columbia-based EquipmentShare has filed the paperwork for an initial public offering.
The company, which provides equipment and software for the construction industry, has a goal of expanding to 700 locations.
In its IPO filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, EquipmentShare reported $3.76 billion in 2024 revenue and nearly 373 locations nationwide.
