An 8,000-acre New Mexico ranch that was long owned by late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has been listed on the market at $27.5 million.
The ranch has a 30,000-square-foot main home and an air strip.
Officials with Sotheby’s International Realty, the firm handling the sale, said proceeds would go toward Epstein's estate, "including as necessary to compensate claimants, tax authorities and creditors."
