Entrust: Shaping the Future of Property Management

Posted online

Since its founding in 2016, Entrust Property Solutions has become an industry leader, managing over $250 million in assets across eight markets and counting. The company boasts a 95% occupancy rate for the 33 properties it currently manages.

Entrust in the Making
Entrust was founded in 2016 as a sister company to Greenway Development Group, which was previously established by CEO Brent Brown. While GDG focuses on real estate development, Entrust offers a full suite of property management services, including development services, marketing, leasing, maintenance and accounting, not only for GDG but for a growing list of third-party owners and developers.

Over time, Entrust has evolved into a standalone firm with its own leadership, operations and strategic direction. With Amanda Hall, one of the company’s original partners, at the helm as President and Chief Operating Officer, Entrust has carved out a distinct path and is poised for sustained success.

Entrust’s management experience spans a range of asset types, including multifamily, mixed-use, retail strip centers, HOA, RV parks and storage, positioning Entrust to meet a broad array of ownership and investment goals.
In order to maintain long-term continuity, Entrust updated its ownership structure in recent years. Shareholders now include CEO Brent Brown, President and Chief Operating Officer Amanda Hall, Vice President of Operations Aimee Earl and Regional Director Nikki Lintz, each bringing deep expertise and a shared commitment to excellence.

Recognized as one of 417 Magazine’s Top 20 Places to Work in 2022, Entrust offers a work environment where employees thrive, thanks to its core values and competitive benefits.

Development Services
With more new projects coming in 2026 and 2027, Entrust is leaning further into development services. The company works closely with architects and owners on everything from unit mix and space planning to amenities. These decisions lay the foundation for long-term success. Lenders and municipalities also seek input from Entrust when assessing new projects.

Development services include creating marketing budgets, logos and websites, ILS management, media relations, grand openings and property signage. Other vital services include vendor relations, preleasing, unit design and accounting. Entrust also handles renovation management for properties needing aesthetic upgrades or functional improvements.

Marketing
Data-driven marketing fills units and drives return on investment. Entrust provides in-depth reports that include market data, building conditions, property age, tenant demographics and locations. Virtual tours let prospective tenants explore properties currently under construction.

Expansion in Montana
The Entrust story isn’t limited to Missouri. The company manages a growing portfolio of multifamily communities in high-value Montana locations like Great Falls, Whitefish, Columbia Falls and Kalispell, the fastest growing micropolitan area in the northwestern United States.

Impact of AI
As artificial intelligence transforms the industry, Entrust has invested in advanced software tools to streamline tasks such as reporting and tenant communications. Owners enjoy timely information on property performance, while tenants appreciate fast answers outside of office hours.

Eyes on the Future
With a growing footprint and experienced team, Entrust continues to uphold the highest standards for efficiency and service in property management.
