St. Louis-based Enterprise Mobility has acquired family-owned trucking business Hogan.
The financial terms were not disclosed for the acquisition of Hogan, which also is based in St. Louis.
Hogan, which has 3,000 employees and more than 10,000 pieces of equipment at over 50 locations, will operate as a separate business under Enterprise Mobility.
