Engineers: Warren & Goodin Architects-Engineers PC

Warren & Goodin Architects-Engineers PC is the engineer and architect for Polar Tank Trailers LLC’s plant expansion in the Partnership Industrial Center. Rich Kramer Construction is the general contractor for the project, which will add 25,000 square feet to Polar Tank’s facility, resulting in total space of 105,000 square feet. A building permit filed with the city of Springfield lists the estimated cost of the project at $1.02 million. The pre-engineered steel structure with concrete block and steel walls will have a standing seam metal roof with eave height of 35 feet.
