Engineers: Pellham Phillips Architects and Engineers Inc.

Posted online

Pellham Phillips Architects and Engineers Inc. is the engineer, architect and interior designer for Augusta-based Mount Pleasant Winery’s new Branson location. According to a Mount Pleasant news release, the 9,190-square-foot winery will cost nearly $2 million. The project features limestone accents and two-tone board and batten vertical siding. The architectural style resembles that of the historic Mount Pleasant Winery in Augusta. The interior features heavy timber columns supporting a 30-foot ceiling. There will be a black stone and wood paneled wine-tasting bar and stained concrete floors. The structure, nestled along Green Mountain Drive, will have more than 2,000 square feet for warehouse storage and more than 1,500 square feet for wine tasting in addition to common areas. Completion – and opening of the winery – is slated for October. [[In-content Ad]]
