Meridian Structural Works is the structural engineer for Briarwood Condominiums in Branson for owners David and Carrie Hover. Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer and MESA Engineering is the civil engineer. The architect is Creative Ink Architects LLC, and A. Deckard Interiors is the interior designer. Branson-based Cornerstone Construction is the general contractor. Phase I of the construction comprises a four-story structure with eight condominium units and the swimming pool facility, which will have an infinity edge swimming pool with a waterfall, a whirlpool spa with waterfall and a large covered pavilion. Phase II will comprise two additional four-story units with eight units each. Each structure will have 11,740 square feet per floor and the development’s exterior will have a fisherman’s lodge theme. The interior theme of the development will be more contemporary. Units are to be sold as whole ownership condominiums. There also will be boat docks, covered parking and individual storage units within the development. Liberty Bank is the lender for Phase I of the project, which has an estimated cost of $1.75 million. The estimated completion date is June. [[In-content Ad]]
