Engineers: Malone, Finkle, Eckhardt & Collins Inc.

Malone, Finkle, Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical and plumbing engineer for the Springfield-Greene County Park Board’s visitors and community center located at 2302 Lake Springfield Park Road. Anderson Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer and Bob D. Campbell & Co. Inc. is the structural engineer. The architect is Esterly, Schneider & Associates Inc. The community center will provide Springfield and the surrounding area with greater access to Lake Springfield. The building will include 1,200 square feet of community room space and retail space for canoe rental and other lake activities. Also included will be public restrooms for park patrons. An Ozark Greenways trail has been extended through the site as part of the master plan. Completion is slated for fall.
