Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical and electrical engineer for Four Seasons Group Inc.’s Lodge of the Four Seasons additions to its existing campus in Lake Ozark. The project comprises a condominium/hotel, sales building, pool and clubhouse. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect and the structural engineer, and Scott Consulting Engineers PC is the civil engineer. The four-story, 80,000-square-foot condo/hotel building will have 36 two-bedroom units, a pool, an amenities area with clubhouse and a condo sales office.
