According to an announcement from The National Society of Professional Engineers, the agreement recognizes NSPE's mission to advocate licensure, promote the ethical and competent practice of engineering and enhance the image and well-being of professional engineers. It charges NSPE with taking the lead in these areas as well as providing legislative advocacy, and developing and producing products and services for professional engineers.|ret||ret||tab|
