Wells & Scaletty is the civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for a new educational and technical training facility for Linn State Technical College, recently completed this summer by Larry Snyder & Co. Pellham-Phillips Architects and Engineers Inc. is the structural engineer and Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect for the roughly $13.5 million center.
