Engineer: Wells & Scaletty LLC

Wells & Scaletty LLC is the structural engineer for the University Suites housing project for owner/developer Bryan Properties, which is collaborating with Drury University. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Anderson Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer. Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect, and Morelock-Ross Builders Inc. is the general contractor. The project is a 72-bed apartment-style housing complex that will be constructed on Drury’s campus to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-Silver specifications. Completion is slated for August.
