Engineer: Warren & Goodin Architects-Engineers PC

Warren & Goodin is the architect, engineer and interior designer for the 53,000-square-foot addition to Ridewell Corp.’s Springfield office for owner John E. Raidel II. The addition is a manufacturing facility with precast concrete exterior walls, with a structural steel frame and a steel deck at 22 feet, providing room for production, testing and storage of air-ride suspensions. The project is slated for completion in December.
