Toth and Associates Inc. is the structural engineer for a 44,700-square-foot classroom building for Three Rivers Community College. Dille & Traxel LLC (Poplar Bluff) is the architect for the multilevel project, which has an estimated cost of $8 million. There will be 21 classrooms, a 150-seat lecture hall and administration areas for the humanities and social sciences departments. Toth and Associates secured a $3 million Federal Emergency Management Agency grant for a tornado safe room at the facility, which will complete a campus triangle with two existing buildings that will be remodeled. Completion is slated for fall 2013.
