Latifi Engineering is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the renovation of a former Price Cutter grocery store into an early childhood facility for Springfield Public Schools and owner/developer Jared Enterprises. Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect, Miller Engineering PC is the structural engineer, and MSB Inc. is the general contractor. Creative Design Consultants Inc. is the interior designer. The roughly $2 million project will bring 13 early childhood development classrooms, private counselors’ offices and six screening rooms under one roof.
