Latifi Engineering is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for Bluegreen’s Paradise Point Condominiums in Branson, designed by architect Bates & Associates Inc. Larry Houge is the structural engineer for the 44,000-square-foot condominium development, which has an estimated cost of $5 million. A general contractor for the work has not yet been selected, and the estimated completion date is summer 2012.
