Engineer: Deka Engineering LLC

Deka Engineering is the civil engineer for MGM Properties Inc.’s Oak Court Place Apartments, located at the intersection of Oakwood and Farm Road 174 in Republic. Mettemeyer Engineering LLC is the structural engineer, and Colvin, Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. H Design Group is the architect. The apartment complex will be built on 19.6 acres and will comprise 372 units in 16 apartment buildings. Civil engineering work for Phase I covered erosion and sediment control, site grading, drainage and extensive coordination with future phases, including a water line and an extension of the sanitary sewer main. The project is slated for completion in 2013.
