Colvin Jones Davis is the mechanical and electrical engineer for Horizons by Marriott Villa Building No. 3 in Branson for Horizons by Marriott Vacation Club. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect, structural engineer and landscape architect for the project, and Wichita-based MKEC Engineering Consultants Inc. is the civil engineer. Van Dresser Co. of Atlanta is the interior designer. The facility is a five-story, 66,000-square-foot time-share condominium with 44 two-bedroom units. Completion is slated for spring.
