Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for Deep Elm Apartments for owner/developer Miller-O’Reilly Co. Inc. The architect is Bates & Associates Inc., with structural engineering by Wells & Scaletty LLC and civil engineering by Anderson Engineering Inc. Build LLC is the general contractor for the project, which comprises contemporary housing for students and young adults. The development is designed to reflect a Euro-industrial approach to urban living, with amenities and opportunities for interactive experiences. Completion is slated for July.
