Engineer: Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc.

Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the structural engineer and architect for Gallery Shoppes at Branson Hills for HCW LLC. Rozell Engineering Co. is the civil engineer, and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. A general contractor has not yet been selected for the project, which has an estimated cost of $9 million, including land and infrastructure. Gallery Shoppes comprises 63,000 square feet of pedestrian-oriented, town-center-style shopping and dining. The center supports a development of more than 1,000 acres, including an 18-hole Payne Stewart golf course designed by Bobby Clampett, a driving range, clubhouse and pool, 18 golf casitas, 800 single-family lots, 500 condominiums and 48 exclusive senior residences. There also will be a hotel and other amenities. Completion is scheduled for October 2008.
