Engineer: Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc.

Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect, structural engineer and interior designer for a pool renovation and addition at Pat Jones YMCA for the Ozarks Regional YMCA. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Dock Brothers Construction Co. is the general contractor. The project’s estimated cost is $1.6 million, financed by Commerce Bank. The existing pool and second-floor maintenance room will be demolished and renovated to include a family pool with spray ground, mechanical room, director’s office and storage.  Family changing rooms and existing mechanical and HVAC systems are included. Completion is slated for September.
