Butler Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the structural engineer and architect for HCW LLC’s development north of Branson Landing and overlooking Roark Creek and Lake Taneycomo. Other engineers are Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Rozell Engineering Co., civil. A geotechnical engineer and general contractor have not yet been selected. With an estimated cost of $3.8 millon, the development comprises about 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurant shell building and parking. Completion is slated for fall 2012.
