Anderson Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer for the McLane Corp.’s roughly $30 million food distribution center in Republic. Alliance Architects (Richardson, Texas) is the architect. Other engineers are Brockette, Davis, Drake Inc. (Dallas), structural; and Summit Consultants Inc. (Fort Worth, Texas) mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Construction Management Technology Inc. (Addison, Texas) is the general contractor for the project, which is slated for completion in first-quarter 2011.
