New three-story headquarters for AG Financial Solutions, the financial services arm of Springfield-based Assemblies of God USA, are expected to be completed in Chesterfield Village this month. Anderson Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer for the 73,500-square-foot project. Miller Engineering PC is the structural engineer, and Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect, and Killian Construction Co. is the general contractor. Creative Design Consultants is the interior designer for the project, which has an estimated construction cost of $10 million, according to a city building permit.
