Energizer sues Duracell

Energizer Holdings Inc. filed a lawsuit against rival Duracell Inc.

The suit alleges Duracell put out false advertising claiming its new Optimum batteries are more powerful and longer lasting than rival products.

However, according to the suit, the "mice-type" fine print shows Optimum only may outperform Duracell's own Coppertop batteries.
