Energizer closes $340M acquisition

Town and Country-based Energizer Holdings Inc. finalized its $340 million purchase of Draper, Utah-based HandStands Holding Corp.

The acquisition of the designer and marketer of car fragrance and appearance products was announced in May. The seller was Trivest Partners.

Energizer expects cash flow to rise by at least $20 million in its first full fiscal year following the purchase.
