SpaceX founder Elon Musk presented an updated plan for colonizing Mars with 1 million people.
The plan relies on what used to be called the "Interplanetary Transport System" or ITS. He said the named changed back to the BFR, which is short for "Big F---ing Rocket."
Musk is targeting 2022 to land at least two uncrewed cargo ships on Mars. The ships would place power, mining and life support systems there for future flights.
