Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced his move to Texas from California.
Musk in May warned Tesla would move its headquarters and future programs to Texas and Nevada after local officials refused to let the company reopen a factory amid the coronavirus pandemic. Tesla's headquarters remain in California.
SpaceX, his aerospace firm, also maintains its headquarters in California but has spaceship and rocket system development plans underway in Texas.
