Project description: Elliott, Robinson & Co. LLP is expanding its Springfield headquarters with a 5,586-square-foot addition designed to support the certified public accounting firm’s growth. The project adds 21 new offices to accommodate growth through the recent acquisition of HTSG, CPAs & Advisors, as well as enhanced amenities including a new conference room, breakroom, reception area and additional restrooms, project officials say. The expansion integrates with the firm’s existing standalone office in TerraGreen Office Park, maintaining continuity of the modern interior workspace functionality from the original building that was constructed in 2014. Architect is H Design Group LLC. Interior designer is Creative Design Consultants Inc. Engineers are Olsson Inc., civil; CJD Engineering LLC, structural; and Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
