Ellen DeGeneres on Wednesday announced her long-running talk show would end next year.
“The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” also known as “Ellen,” has faced a sharp ratings decline after a BuzzFeed News article last year alleged employees were dealing with “racism, fear and intimidation” at work.
"Ellen” has averaged 1.4 million viewers during the 2020-21 season, a 44% drop from the prior season.
