Video game company Electronic Arts has sold to a consortium led by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia.
The deal is valued at $55 billion.
Financing also came from Silver Lake and Affinity Partners, which is led by President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.
