Electric scooters are returning to downtown St. Louis after a nearly 10-month ban.
Bird Co. has new rules in place. There will be no more than 50 rentable rides, scooters will be turned off between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m., only adults will be able to ride and top speeds will be reduced.
